Our Marxist-Leninist-Maoist Proposition on the Contemporary World Proletarian Revolution
Editor’s Note:
1、Politics is, fundamentally, class struggle. “Actor-centric” politics is merely a ruling-class facade designed to deceive the masses with an illusion of rights. Genuine politics exists only through the exercise of substantive power: the right to suppress class enemies, to organize autonomously, and to reclaim the means of production—factories, fields, and schools—for our own needs. Only the party can generate the revolutionary material force necessary for total victory. Such a party demands a strict segregation between public and underground operations, guided by a conscious leadership. Persistent line struggle is the only way to safeguard these pillars.
This article lacks the statement of how ideological struggle affects the real world. Because the world is material, only material force can transform it: proletarian troops must dismantle reactionary ones, a revolutionary regime must supplant the capitalist state, and the dictatorship of the proletariat must dissolve the dictatorship of the bourgeoisie.

The proletariat’s right to food, clothing, housing, transportation, and everything else can never be realized by participating in elections or seeking support and influence within the capitalist social system. Politics is not a game of hobbies, nor is it gentle and polite; it is a life-and-death class struggle. Armed insurrection, which brings victory, is the proletariat’s only way out. And the political-newspaper line and struggle within the party are the only road to building a party capable of undertaking the task of armed insurrection.

At one time, politics in Tamil Nadu evolved upon a foundation of clear principles such as the rights of the proletariat, social justice, the eradication of caste, and linguistic rights. Today, however, the political arena has drifted away from this ideological core, transforming instead into a personality-centric form of politics driven by celebrity figures. In particular, the entry of actors into politics is widely viewed as a manifestation of this very shift.
From a Marxist perspective, politics serves as an instrument of class struggle. As Karl Marx observed, “Politics is merely the instrument by which one class exercises its rule over another.” Building upon this, Lenin emphasized: "Politics devoid of principle inevitably devolves into a disguised form of exploitation.
When actors enter the political fray, they often seek to garner political support by leveraging public emotions, their own celebrity status, and visual spectacle. Yet, they frequently lack a clear, principled stance regarding the fundamental issues confronting the proletariat such as employment, land rights, wages, education, and healthcare. This trend effectively transforms politics into a mere theatrical stage
in his discourses, Mao Zedong stated: Political power grows out of the barrel of a gun however, it cannot endure without the support of the people. This concept underscores the indispensable necessity of a politics grounded in principles and rooted in the masses.
in contemporary Tamil Nadu, politics is increasingly being steered by new forms of imperialism and colonial hegemony specifically, the economic dominance exerted by corporate entities and the pervasive influence of global capital. In this context, actor-driven politics devoid of ideology transforms into a feeble entity, incapable of waging a struggle against these dominant forces.
Furthermore, there lurks the peril of authoritarianism. As personality-centric politics gains ground, democratic discourse the very essence of popular rule begins to wane. This fosters a political culture characterized by a personality cult, thereby stifling critical thought.
from the perspective of the working class, politics is not a game; it is a struggle for survival. Consequently, the entry of actors into the political arena is not, in itself, inherently wrong; rather, their entry without a clear ideological foundation constitutes the true bane.
in conclusion, politics devoid of ideology is akin to food without salt tasteless and futile. It is imperative that Tamil Nadu’s politics reverts to an ideology driven, working class centric trajectory This remains the sole avenue for confronting imperialism, colonialism, and authoritarianism
